    Jersey City Freedom & Fireworks Festival: Monday, July 4th from 1:00PM-10:00PM

    Sadly, the annual Macy’s Fireworks are once again not on the Hudson, butttt that doesn’t mean there aren’t fireworks close by! Celebrate the Fourth of July at Liberty State Park in Jersey City for the 3rd Annual Freedom & Firework Festival.  The festival will include carnival rides, food, live music and {of course} fireworks. Click here for a full list of other {local} firework displays!

She moved to Hoboken last year for a boy {a wonderful one at that} and has happily resided uptown since. When she’s not writing our weekly events guide, she’s a real estate agent and an amateur photographer. You can usually find Meg at a local coffee shop, a hot yoga studio, or home with her two cats, Penny Lane & Lucy. She loves a good glass of wine and cooking to her favorite band, The Beatles.
