You thought #HobokenFitContest was a one-and-done? Not so fast. After incredible results from our participants {our winner lost 30lbs in a month, and over 8% body fat!} as well as many runners-up losing 10+ pounds each in ONE month, we’re doing it all over again— starting March 1, 2017!

Weekly Workouts Explained {4 total per week}:

8 Springs Studio {2 classes per week – based on your schedule}
Tone and tighten with the classes at 8 Spring Studio. From Megaformer classes, Pilates, Yoga, and strength training sessions, 8 Springs Studio brings a wide range of mind-body offerings to help you feel and look your best. Fight Fit Group Class {2 classes per week}

A 45-minute full-body workout brought to you by Chris Almazan Fitness with former heavyweight UFC Champion Ricco Rodriguez. Learn kickboxing fundamentals with strength training exercises to bring the intensity as you build your core, increase your endurance, and build muscle for a high calorie burning class. What else should I know about the challenge?

The challenge is open to anyone in the Hudson Country area, but there are only room for 20 lucky peeps who are able to travel to Hoboken and Jersey City to participate. You’ll be training with Chris and his team at 8 Springs Studio {right by the Holland Tunnel in a private gym}, and picking up the meals at TNK in Hoboken {322 Washington Street}.

So I’m not trying to lose a major amount of weight, I just want to lose 5lbs and tone up.
