Hoboken Dogs Who Lived Their Best Life in Summer 2017

Written by:

We hate to break it to ya, but summer is sadly coming to an end. ONE. MORE. WEEKEND. As we try to squeeze in those last weekend getaways, we wanted to share a few furry friends who really made summer 2017 their best one yet. Here are some pretty awesome Hoboken pups living their best life in the warm weather {that may give you a last-min dose of summer FOMO, fair warning}:

@sonnythesetter

Because what’s summer without a hot dog?

@mrwallypug

Pier 13, a rite of passage for every Hobokenite and their visiting friends…

@therealmackdoodle

…non-furry and furry alike!

@milobobbs

Lest we forget all of the night walks around the always pretty Pier A.

@pierrecasson

Vacations packing is for the birds {or pups}.

@maddison_the_maltipoo

But roadtrips are for everyone.

@hank.the.berner

Staycations are *just* as fun.

@doglifehoboken

July 4th celebrations in style {with a ‘grammable backdrop, of course}.

@jennythegolden

A reminder of how hot the concrete jungle can get…

@mrgizmodo

…and how thankful we are for air conditioning!

@charlie_maltipoo_nj

Taking a selfie on the waterfront if you live in town is a necessity, just sayin’.

@fosterdogshoboken

The dog park was always lit…

@blackdog_cooper

…and sometimes the best place to cool off.

@wallywein

Unless you preferred the Hudson.

@dogscallmegina

Hanging on the stoop, putting out the vibe.

@Hoboken_dogs

@prancinpups

Quays aren’t just for the girls, clearly. They’re for betches too!

@karenmarietimmons

And of course it wasn’t summer 2017 if you didn’t watch {or at least talk about} the eclipse.

@brucethedoxie

And hopefully didn’t look directly into the light.

We did our best to soak it all in…

@thepupdiary

But nothing last forever — until next summer!
