If there’s one thing Hoboken + Jersey City residents take seriously, it’s good, quality food. Foodies will be excited to hear that a trio of NJ/NY favorites has joined forces to create a culinary destination inside one of Jersey City’s largest professional buildings. The Harborside building, located at 210 Hudson Street, is now home to a specialty marketplace with three iconic eateries: Nana’s Deli, Nana’s Deli Breakfast & More featuring Ess-a-Bagel, and Frozen Therapy Featuring Torico’s Ice Cream. Read on to learn more about Jersey City’s newest indoor food market.
About the Market
The Harborside in Jersey City is a major hub for professional offices, but downstairs at the 210 Hudson Street entrance, there’s a brand new market filled with foodie favorites. Called the Harborside Market, the project is owned by Collective Ventures Hospitality Group (CVHG) and led by David Vorcheimer, a partner of the popular restaurant 1776 in Morristown.
Looking to fill a gap in the area, CVHG teamed up with Jason Dworkin, the owner of famed Livingston haunt Nana’s Deli. Jason opened a second Nana’s location at Harborside earlier this year, the first of many businesses to plant roots at the new food hub.

An Inside Look
Inside the marketplace, patrons can enjoy three favorites under one roof: Nana’s Deli, Nana’s Deli Breakfast & More featuring Ess-a-Bagel, and Frozen Therapy featuring Torico’s Ice Cream.
Nana’s Deli will continue to serve classic Jewish deli comfort food like its famous tuna salad, matzo ball soup, and sandwiches. New for the deli is the dedicated breakfast counter, called Nana’s Deli Breakfast & More, which features a collaboration with NYC’s iconic Ess-a-Bagel.
Right next to the breakfast counter is Frozen Therapy, a new ice cream place that has partnered up with longtime Jersey City ice cream staple Torico to feature their 48 flavors in a new location. There is ample seating in an open dining setting and walls lined with stunning photography of the Jersey City waterfront.
Though the food hall concept is a relatively new venture, each of these businesses is a certified local legend. Nana’s has been a North Jersey go-to for over 43 years, and the menu items come from long-standing family recipes rooted in Jewish tradition.
Ess-a-Bagel has been serving its homemade bagels since 1976, and Frozen Therapy serves 48 flavors of ice cream from beloved Jersey City ice cream spot, Torico, which has been in the community since 1968.
The team at CVHG let HG in on an exciting secret: more businesses are headed to the marketplace soon. The new lineup will include a sushi concept with a mini omakase bar, along with additional waterfront fine dining and even an entertainment venue. Stay tuned for more.
