Who said yoga is just for adults? This Saturday, September 30th, round up the entire family for Apple Montessori Schools‘ Family Yoga on the Waterfront extravaganza {it’s FREE!} in celebration of the school’s 45th anniversary. It’s the perfect way to spend time with family outside and a way to inspire your little ones to stay active from a young age.
From 10:00AM-2:00PM, mini and adult size yogis can get their namaste on with a gorgeous view at Pier A {near their Sinatra Drive location}. There will also be plenty of other ways to have family fun with games…plus, it’s a smart way to get everyone off the couch and will set the little ones up for success when it comes to staying active — and looking adorable.
If you’re not familiar, Apple Montessori is a family-owned and operated preschool with two locations in Hoboken: Maxwell Lane and Sinatra Drive. They’re devoted to nurturing kids and babies ages six weeks to six years in a fun and safe environment. For 45 years, Apple Montessori has been educating the kiddos in the Hoboken area, so you know you can trust them to help your child learn and grow {and learn some yoga poses too!}.

The Maxwell location offers gorgeous panoramic views of Manhattan right from the classrooms, which leads to more inspirational learning if you ask us. There’s an outdoor playground for the kids to enjoy, a napping room for infants, and a FasTracKids room for interactive learning.
The Sinatra location also has equally breathtaking views of the Hudson, but is highly regarded for its indoor playground so your children can still get their much-needed playtime in when the weather is frightful outside. And with close proximity to the PATH, ferry, and light rail, dropping off and picking up your children before and after work makes your commute a breeze.
Whether you have a student at Apple Montessori or you just want to get the family moving and outside, head to this can’t-miss yoga event for the entire family THIS Saturday.
Make sure to snag your spot and RSVP the whole family here!
