RMA was founded in 1999 by Drs. Paul Bergh, Richard Scott, and Michael Drews, who yearned for the freedom to conduct vital research that would ultimately improve patient outcomes and success. The trio opened their first clinic in Morristown, New Jersey with a motto that still guides the practice today – always put the patient first.

Patients who visit RMA Jersey City have the opportunity to work with board-certified reproductive endocrinologists trained at the country’s finest academic medical centers and leading research in the field. The Urologists are trained in sperm retrieval, vasectomy reversal, and more. Their nurse practitioners are certified in reproductive medicine, so each patient is in knowledgeable and trusted hands throughout their entire journey.
