Co-Living at Le Léo
Le Léo is a highly-rated co-living community in the historic + dynamic Journal Square neighborhood in Jersey City. Residents have an on-site Choc O Pain French Bakery and Cafe plus tons of other great eateries within walking distance. There are 59 fully furnished private rooms with free WiFi, a $200 electricity stipend, weekly cleanings, monthly shared goods and household supplies, + fully stocked kitchens. The building has thoughtfully designed amenities like a community pool, workspace, courtyard + patio with BBQ grills, and an on-site art and design library.
Residents appreciate the building’s dog run + dog wash, bike storage, private storage, parking, communal kitchen, and state-of-the-art gym. There is a shuttle to the Journal Square PATH train and an on-site Filipino cafe called Next Door Provisions.
