May has arrived, which means it’s time for tacos, margaritas, and more as Cinco de Mayo is in just a few days. The holiday commemorates the Mexican military’s victory over French forces in 1862, and is known to be a vibrant, festive happening. Midnight Market will be returning to all of its “pre-pandemic glory” this weekend with international bites, small plates, and a dance party. The foodie festival runs from 6PM – 12AM, and encourages locals to come hungry (and ready to dance).

Rooftop at Exchange Place will be serving up a variety of festive drinks for Cinco de Mayo — including a Mezcal Negroni, an Oaxaca Old Fashioned, a Naked and Famous (mezcal, Aperol, yellow chartreuse and lime juice), and flavored margaritas (mango, blueberry, strawberry, and pomegranate).
