    Written by:

Fall is almost here, Hudson County {cue the Jonathan Van Ness “can you believe” voice}. ‘Tis the season for chunky-knit sweaters, pumpkin spice lattes, scary movies, shorter days, and so much more. This coming Monday, September 23rd, marks the official first day of the season and we’re celebrating with a necessary game of basic fall bingo. Yes, you read that right — basic fall bingo — Stasak Schroeder-style. Keep reading to discover all the details on how to play basic fall BINGO, created by Team HG for all your fall fun needs.

    How to Play:

Whether your go-to Starbucks order is a PSL or you’re already headed to the store to pick up some fall-themed décor, now is the time to let that basic gal or guy inside of you break free and figure out just how basic you really are {no judgment, PSLs are freakin’ good}. Here’s how to play:

    1. Save the below Bingo card to your phone/computer.
    2. Share the blank card on social media tagging @HobokenGirlBlog so your friends and family can play too.
    3. For every fall activity you’ve done this season or last, mark with an X or dot {can be done in stories as a 2nd slide to show the before and after}.
    4. Once you get 5 in a row across, down, diagonally = BINGO. But we’d love to see how many you’ve actually done or are going to do – so make sure to tag us!
    5. Middle spot is shockingly free {not $6 like most lattes}.

Let’s face it, it’s the best time of year to let your inner basic shine because pumpkin candles smell f*cking good. Share this with your friends and family outside of Hoboken and Jersey City, too, since we can’t hog all the fun.
