NORTH
Arf! Howdy! My name is North, and I am a five year old black lab / pittie mix. I’m a larger doggie {I weigh around 65 lbs} with sleek black fur and espresso-colored eyes. My human friends say my gentle eyes are truly a reflection of my loving heart. I think they’re right! 🙂
Friends, I say this with all modesty … I’m a pretty spectacular doggie! Hee! It’s true, though. I am super social, wiggly. I have a charming personality that instantly engages people, and I have super manners. I easily share my food and toys — and I *love* my toys! — and I walk nicely on my leash. While I tug a bit, I correct easily and am always attentive to my handler.
I do phenomenally well with other dogs. I am playful and appropriate with my fellow pooches, and I would excel in a multi-dog household. I especially seem to like female dogs. I guess I’m a real lady’s man at heart! If you have a pup of your own at home, please bring him or her along with you when you come to visit me. Hopefully, we’ll be doggie BFFs!

TEDDY
Ruff, Hi My name is Teddy, and I am a four year old pittie mix. I’m a husky boy with a stout bod and blocky head. At just under 80 lbs, there is more of me to love … but just remember, my bod isn’t nearly as big as my loving heart. 🙂
I was recently surrendered to the shelter with my doggie sister, Julez. Our mama was moving and could no longer keep us. Julez got adopted. Now it’s my turn! I can’t wait to meet my new family. I hope it will be with you!
Since I did live with another doggie, I am quite comfortable around my fellow pups. I’m even great with large male doggies. I don’t feel threatened at all! I am a seriously silly player, giving lots of butt wiggles and tail wags and constantly attempting to initiate more play. I would thrive with a doggie playmate in my new home, especially one with a fun-loving attitude like mine. We would have the best time together!
I’m a sweet boy with a friendly disposition. I love making new friends! I am affectionate and outgoing and a real people pleaser. I’ve gone to adoption events and have always been a rock star. No one is a stranger around the Ted-ster!
I am an active doggie with a medium energy level, so I love being out on long walks and having play sessions with my toys. You should see me chase down a ball … I can move for a big boy!
