In 2009, Mike Hauke opened his first Tony Boloney’s as a small deli/convenience store in Atlantic City. Fast forward 10 years, and he’s been featured on literally every national website and TV shows including Good Morning America, Wendy Williams, Thrillist, and dozens more and has additional locations in Hoboken, Jersey City, and Long Branch.
He shares about his journey to making some of the most famous foodie and pizza creations in the country, how he came up with the name Tony Boloney’s, running a restaurant, his local favorites, and so much more.
