Focused on promoting living an Ayurveda lifestyle, Hoboken Wellness Spa’s service list includes Ayurveda treatments, facials, therapeutic + sports massage, waxing, threading and more. Ayurveda is a science that has been around for thousands of years providing evidence for the mind-body connection. One of this spa’s treatments, The Shirodhara, is meant to bring the client into a deep meditative state followed by an ayurvedic oil massage, scrub + shower.

Lakoet offers hair styling, cuts, color and treatments for both men and women, and it sells many of the products used, including its own homemade soaps made at the salon. The online appointment option on its website makes it super easy to book.

CBD oil works as a natural anti-inflammatory, taking the already relaxing massage to another level of zen. Savor Beauty supports the Earth Love Program, which encourages guests to recycle at Savor Beauty. Customers can receive stamps and various rewards for recycling at Savor Beauty! Savor also has an organization called the Dollars & Scents program that helps women to re-transition to the workforce by providing the training they need. Sundays is a wellness-inspired nail salon offering nail care products and services at three locations in Manhattan. The studio itself is gorgeous + totally Instagram-worthy. From the chic pedicure chairs to the nail art + matching pink tops all of the nail artists wear. Sundays uses its own line of nail polish that is “10-free” meaning it is formulated with less harmful ingredients than a typical commercial nail polish. Not only is the formula less toxic, it is also cruelty-free + vegan which is a huge added bonus. In addition to the typical offerings, Sundays offers Inscape app guided meditations as an add-on for any nails service. The nail salon also offers a variety of classes to choose from.
