The new spot features the tacos locals have come to love with a few variations – check out the more high-end dishes like the camarones al mojo de ajo {garlic grilled shrimp with Mexican rice} and pescado a la Veracruzana {red snapper topped with grilled tomatoes, capers, olives, and onions}.

The Ashford also offers an extensive cocktail menu — and party vibe — cocktails are based off Ireland’s Prince of Wales bar {located inside Ashford Castle} with an extensive variety of whiskey mixed drinks {so you can feel a bit fancy, too}.
