Summer is almost here, Hoboken, and with the summer season means a special Mile Square tradition — Movies Under the Stars. Happening every Wednesday from June to August at Pier A Park {by First and Sinatra}, this yearly Hoboken event brings together residents {and visitors} alike to enjoy some of the most popular films out there. Be sure to bring a blanket, chairs, and a picnic basket for snacks + be aware that some screenings will be canceled due to inclement weather. Please note: Subtitles will be projected on the movie screen upon request; assisted listening devices available with three weeks advance notice to reserve by calling 201-420-2000 ex. 5100; in June + July, movies will begin at 9:00PM; in August, movies will begin between 8:00PM-8:30PM.
