Even though the week between Thanksgiving and December 1 has felt like an ETERNITY this year, it’s finally December. Let the Yuletide and 2018 holiday festivities begin! To help you enjoy your December in Hudson County and make sure you’re having a festive AF holiday season in Hoboken and Jersey City, we’re sharing the ultimate bucket list of holiday events for the 2018 season. Below — how to enjoy every. single. day. of the 2018 Holiday and Christmas season; we’re sharing markets, beautiful holiday decorations, places to sip seasonal bevs, and more in Hudson County. – December 1 – Head to Project Market in JC for some delicious Busy Bee Organics hot chocolate and local vendors {+ enter our 12 Days of Holiday Giveaways that starts today through Dec 12th!}.
– December 2– Watch the Hoboken City Hall Menorah Lighting and enjoy the Holiday Craft Fair there as well — happening Sat and Sunday of this weekend only.
– December 3 – Visit the Grove Street PATH and enjoy the annual Tree and Menorah Lighting by HDSID.
– December 4 – Attend the Annual Chanukah Soirée at The W Hotel in Hoboken.
– December 5 – Pick up a Christmas tree from one of the lots around the Mile Square.

– December 6 – Witness the annual Hoboken City Hall tree lighting.
– December 7 – Enjoy a “Country Christmas” – Santa’s workshop, local school choirs’ caroling, and a parade of lights in JC {Corner of Briggs and Moffitt near Hamilton Park}.
– December 8 – Participate in the Hoboken Grace’s Annual Christmas Exchange and adopt a child or family or the JC Families’ Annual Holiday Party for Families at Harborside — which includes a holiday train. The famous Budweiser Clydesdales will also be making an appearance on Washington Street in Hoboken on Saturday!
– December 9 – Visit Jersey City Heights’ holiday pop-up at The Musician’s Building for an afternoon of holiday shopping.
– December 10 – Stop by the first day of the Holiday Market hosted by the HDSID at the Grove Street PATH. It contains a variety of unique vendors and is being hosted on several dates throughout the season.
– December 11 – Enjoy the Holiday Wonderland and sip festive drinks at The Winston Hoboken during their Christmas Spectacular Cocktail Class.

– December 12 – Enjoy Wine Down Wednesday at Sorellina, which is adorably decked out for the holidays.
– December 13 – Challenge yourself to take as many festive holiday photos as possible in one evening.
– December 14 – Peep the sweeping NYC views from the top of the Rooftop at Exchange Place while sipping spiked hot chocolate.
– December 15 – By day, head to BWE’s holiday pop-up at Hudson Table in Hoboken, and by night attend the Ugly Christmas Sweater Party at the Harborside in JC hosted by Lutze.
– December 16 – Head to Growing in Jersey City’s Holiday Market. Follow it by an early evening of holiday favorites with the Woodwind Ensemble at the IECC CASA COLOMBO in JC.
– December 17 – Purchase your last-min gifts at the Hoboken Girl Holiday Market at Birch to shop and enjoy festive drinks, food, and decor. Get your entry tickets here – a portion of each ticket is donated to the Hoboken Volunteer Ambulance Corps and includes a free glass of Chandon.
– December 18 – Spend an evening walking the streets of the Mile Square and viewing the local shops’ festive decor. If in Jersey City, bring an unused toy by Porta from 5-9PM for Chicpea’s Holiday Toy Drive.

– December 19 – Cozy up at the bar with a Cinnamon Toast Wassail at Onieals — which is decked out in lights, stockings, and garlands.
– December 20 – Pop in to South House JC to view their decor and sip seasonal drinks. If you’re feeling extra glittery, hop on over to Mathew’s Food and Drink around the corner for an ‘80s Glam cocktail.

– December 21 – Eat a delicious dinner at Leo’s, which tributes Frank Sinatra throughout – and decorates beautifully for the holiday season.
– December 22 – Take a Holiday Cookies baking class at Hudson Table.
– December 23 -Watch the Mile Square Theatre’s latest play/ radio show It’s a Wonderful Life on its final show night. Get tickets here.
– December 24 – Wait in line at Giorgio’s uptown for the cannolis – a Hoboken staple perfect for Christmas dessert.
